Motion: To authorize the County Judge to execute the First Amendment to Interlocal Agreement between the City of Cedar Park and Williamson County for the construction of various transportation projects within the City; with the addition that within 20 days after receipt of written notice from the City, that bids for Ranch to Market (RM) 1431/Parmer Continuous Flow Intersection (CFI) Project have been received, but prior to contract award, the County will deposit $1,000,000 into a fund to be established and administered by the City for the RM 1431/Parmer CFI Project.
