Consider awarding bids received for bid# 13IFB00104 Fuel for Williamson County to the lowest and best bid meeting specifications, Triple S Fuel.

Background

Out of five (5) bid submittals two (2) companies had to be rejected due to reasons noted on the bid tabulation. It is the recommendation of Fleet Services to award this bid to Triple S Fuel for the contract period October 30, 2012 through September 30, 2013. Triple S Fuel has been servicing Williamson County for the past 15 years.
