Discuss and consider approval of Amendment 7 to Techshare Resource Sharing Addendum for Common Integrated Justice System (CIJS) Court Administration System for payment to the Texas Conference of Urban Counties of $395,427 for fiscal year 2013.

Background

This amendment is for payment of Texas Conference of Urban Counties for CIJS Software License and Maintenance, Enterprise Modifications and Contract Administration for Fiscal year 2013.
The Interlocal agreement was originally approved in Commissioners' Court on August 31, 2004.
