Background
This RFP is to select a consultant to assist with the evaluation of the County’s indigent defense practices. The consultant will review Williamson County Local Rules Plan (WCP), comparing this plan with the Indigent Defense Act (IDA) requirements; the County’s compliance with the WCP and IDA.
