Discuss and consider approving an agreement between Williamson County EMS and Texas Department of Public Safety.

Background

This agreement will provide training, facilities, supplies, equipment and lodging during training and deployment from DPS which will allow for WCEMS Tactical Paramedics to also provide safety and medical treatment of officers and citizens during training, high risk warrant service and deployment operations to Williamson County Sheriffs Office and other Law Enforcement Agenies within Williamson County. The terms and conditions limit the number of consecutive hours, total hours and response area for deployment.
