Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the District Courts
Background
We currently have five full-time, one part-time and one magistrate position in the District Courts budget who are eligible for the employer insurance contribution of $8400 per slot, per year. In calculating the annual amount the records in our office differed from HR's and one position was not budgeted for. This amount was incorrect last fiscal year as well. This transfer will remedy the shortage for the fiscal year.
