Consider authorizing extension of Farm Lease of approximately 227 acres in the Silas Palmer Survey in Williamson County to October 1, 2013 with Clifton F. Kotrla.
Background
This is the first extension of a three year lease with further options of two twelve month extensions. The rent of $13,620 will be paid to the county in 2 installments of $6,810 each, plus applicable crop share and government subsidies.
