Discuss and consider the Second Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement for Law Enforcement Services between the Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District and Williamson County.
Background
On March 25th, 2010 the Brushy Creek Muncipal Utility District and Williamson County entered into an agreement for law enforcement services. On August 2nd, 2011 we added the first amendment with the same conditions to extend services through August 2012. This admendment will become effective immediately and extend services through September 30, 2013 with the same conditions.
The agreement is attached.
