Consider approving Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $978.25 for King of Kings Crossing, a Road Bond Project in Precinct One.
Background
This Change Order provides additional quantity of permanent Broadcast Seeding for the area where the BCMUD driveway was removed that was not included in the original Contract quantity. This Change Order also provides for the balancing of the overrun/underrun Contract quantities for the project as a result of addressing field conditions not accounted for in the original plan quantities.
