This agenda item provides formal authorization of the 12.26% required TCDRS rate already incorporated into the FY 2013 Budget as approved on August 28, 2012. This rate reflects no changes to the current provisions and provides no cost of living increase to current retirees. This authorization must be provided to TCDRS certifying the Court's action. |
