Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the District Courts.
Background
This transfer is to provide insurance funding for the Magistrate at the jail. The budget center auto calculates insurance needed based on slots funded through the full time salary line item. The magistrate is paid out of a different line item. This was not caught during the budget process, so this transfer will remedy the shortage.
