To discuss and approve a line item transfer for the County Clerk's office for more court case folders.

Background

This year we will hit over 11,000 cases filed by the County Attorney's office and expect more next year. When we were estimating in March and early April, we were not even close to that. They are paperless but we are not due to the Judges. The estimate for file folders across all courts and case types is about $15,000. Our estimate was a little shy. We need to order these all at one time ASAP in order to get them delivered before January 1.
