Consider awarding proposals received for Tennis Pro Manager, Bid # 13RFP00104 to the best proposal meeting specifications – Mark Nayden.

Background

Williamson County Parks & Recreation Department recommends Mr. Mark Nayden to serve as the Tennis Pro for Southwest Williamson County Regional Park. Mr. Nayden has extensive background in the tennis industry, and will be able to enhance and expand current tennis center services and operations. Mr. Nayden’s qualifications are quantified in the attached letter of recommendation. Mr. Nayden and his assistant successfully passed the Texas DPS criminal history background check. The process for the Federal background checks exceeded our timelines. Results are forthcoming however, and further action will be taken, if warranted, upon receipt of the Federal background check.
