Consider approving the renewal of existing FY2012 property lease between Williamson County and Williamson County CSCD, which houses the Central Texas Treatment Center, for FY2013
Background
The Williamson County CSCD has an annual lease with Williamson County to lease the property which houses the Central Texas Treatment Center. The building is located at 601 Alligator in Granger, Texas. The Williamson County CSCD is seeking to renew its lease with the County for the Fiscal Year 2013 under the identical terms as in Fiscal Year 2012.
