Consider awarding bids received for Hauling to the low bid meeting specifications - Superior Crushed Stone
Background
This IFB was distributed to a variety of vendors, advertised in the newspaper, posted on our vendor portal as well as on the State of Texas purchasing portal. Out of two (2) bid submittels received, one firm failed to submit all required documents. Therefore it is the department's recommendation to award this bid to the only bidder meeting specifications- Superior Crushed Stone for the contract period October 2, 2012 through September 30, 2013.
