Discuss and take appropriate action on agreement between Williamson County and IT Data Recovery.

Background

We have a server with six disks that experienced a catastrophic crash recently. The technology on this particular server allows for two of the six disks to crash simultaneously -- which is very rare -- and still allow the server to continue operating. On this particular occasion three disks crashed simultaneously rendering the server inoperational and unable to retrieve the data on those disks. IT Data Recovery (ITDR) is a firm that specializes in recovering data on damaged disks such as these.
