Consider and take appropriate action to engage Sedgwick Law, the new firm for Alan Glen, et al, longtime counsel for the Williamson County Conservation Foundation (WCCF).
Background
Requested action is to discontinue engagement with Smith-Robertson, et al, previous firm for the WCCF environmental counsel and to engage Sedgwick Law, Austin Texas. The attorneys - Alan Glen, et al - are now with Sedgwick Law, an international firm. This action will maintain representation for the WCCF as it currently exists.
