BE IT REMEMBERED that at 10:11 A.M. on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 25, 2011, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

Motion: To approve the Avery Ranch Road District "Goods in Transit" Resolution and authorize the County Judge to sign the resolution.
