  The following persons addressed the Court:

- Senior Director of Infrastructure Bob Daigh
- Senior Director of Emergency Services John Sneed.
Judge Gattis listed topics for future Long Term Financial Planning Workshops, including:
- building repair 
- road repair
- County parks, long-range plans and development
- new roads
- technology, and
- new buildings.
Commissioner Covey suggested a session for Emergency Services, and Commissioner Birkman suggested sessions for improvements and development of existing County parks and for review of employee compensation.

  Commissioner Covey noted the upcoming Fur Ball, a fund-raising event in support of the Regional Animal Shelter, will be held at the Marriott Hotel at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 15.
