Consider approving Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $3,609.85 for the Water Quality Ponds Project on RM 2338 Phase II, a Pass Through Financing Project in Precinct Three.
Background
This Change Order compensates the Contractor for installing a 4 LF fence to the top of the concrete walls on the Gregor Water Quality Pond (WQP) in order to increase safety measures for the traveling public. The WQP is immediately adjacent to the ROW and there is a 4.5 LF vertical drop off into the pond. The fence will provide visual barrier to alert the traveling public to the WQP location.
