Consider closing Woodthorpe, from Moorberry to Lonsdale Drive on Oct. 21, 2011, from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. for their biannual block party held in the Forest North Area and consider loaning cones and barricades.

Background

Brad Westmoreland has requested the closure of Woodthorpe, from Moorberry to Lonsdale Drive on Oct. 21, 2011, from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. for their biannual block party held in the Forest North Area. This request has been granted biannually for the last couple of years and we have received no complaints. They would like 4 barricades. They are expecting approximately 50 people. This has been routed through the road closure process.
