Background

Provides updates and changes to the original Wilco-Gray Hawk Payment Technologies contract approved on 07/13/2010 facilitating the installation of an intake kiosk in the jail intake area and the final implementation of the ReleasePRO prepaid card for dispensing trust account balances to inmates upon their release.
