Consider an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional revenue for the District Attorney partial funding of the On-Call Supplement from the DA Drug Enforcement Fund:

Background

The DA On-Call Supplement is partially funded by the General Fund and partially funded by the DA Drug Enforcement Fund. This amendment moves the Drug Fund portion into the General Fund so it can be distributed throughout the year.
