Discuss and take appropriate action on the Hutto Olde Tyme Days Festival and parade scheduled for October 15, 2011.

Background

The 26th Annual Hutto Olde Tyme Days Festival is scheduled for October 15, 2011. The events will include a parade, 5K run, car show, carnival, food & craft booths, concert and street dance.

The Hutto Chamber of Commerce has requested the use of the Williamson County Hutto Annex parking lot to be used to stage the parade from 8:30am to 10:30am on October 15, 2011. The parking lot is located at 350 Exchange Blvd., Hutto, TX.

A Williamson County Authorized User Agreement is attached. In addition, a Hutto Police Department form is also attached.

The Hutto Chamber of Commerce has provided Williamson County a Certificate of Liability Insurance policy for this event.
