Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Non Departmental

Background

When contacted earlier this summer, CAPCOG anticipated leaving the annual dues at $19073.05, the same annual amount as the previous year. Typically, if any increase is assesed, it is and has been historically 5%. We just received the invoice for 2011-2012 dues and CAPCOG has assessed a 3% increase for FY '12 resulting in insufficient funds in that particular line item. This transfer will cover the shortage of $316.30 to pay the annual payment of $20816.30.
