Discuss and take appropriate action on a Williamson County Professional Services Agreement For Medical Direction Of Emergency Medical Services between Williamson County and Scott & White Clinic.

Background

This is a professional services agreement providing medical direction for County EMS at 30 hours a week, with other hours as needed. In addition, EMS will get support and use of the Texas A&M School of Medicine in providing training and education to the County's paramedics at no additional costs.
