BE IT REMEMBERED that at 9:03 A.M. on MONDAY OCTOBER 4, 2010, a SPECIAL SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held with the following being present, to-wit:

Discuss and take appropriate action on current or pending litigation concerning: Jana Duty, County Attorney of Williamson County, Texas - Plaintiff VS. Dan A. Gattis, County Judge of Williamson County, Lisa Birkman, Cynthia Long, Valerie Covey, and Ron Morrison, County Commissioners. Cause No. 10-1107-C368.

COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECESSED TO EXECUTIVE SESSION AT 9:03 A.M. AND RECONVENED AT 11:18 A.M. ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2010.
