BE IT REMEMBERED that at 11:20 A.M. on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2010, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners’ Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. art. 6702-1, acting as ex-officio road commissioners of their respective precincts, the following being present, to-wit:

Present:	Dan A. Gattis, County Judge
	Lisa Birkman, Commissioner Precinct 1
	Valerie Covey, Commissioner Precinct 3
	Ron Morrison, Commissioner Precinct 4
	Nancy E. Rister, County Clerk
Absent:	Cynthia Long, Commissioner Precinct 2
Attendees:	Hal Hawes, Legal Advisor Commissioners' Court
	Connie Singleton, Deputy County Clerk

Review and approval of minutes.

Motion By: Commissioner Precinct 4 Ron Morrison

Motion: To approve the minutes of the last meeting.

Discuss and take appropriate action on the Northeast Round Rock Road District #1, including, but not limited to payment of bills.

No action was taken.

Discuss and take appropriate action on the Avery Ranch Road District including, but not limited to payment of bills.

First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court.

Second By: Commissioner Precinct 3 Valerie Covey Motion: To pay invoice in the amount of $787 to Sheets and Crossfield for Avery Ranch Road District.
