Discuss and take appropriate action on the appointment of the Manager, Tabulation Supervisor, Presiding Judge, and Alternate Judge, for the Central Counting Station established for the Joint General and Special Elections held on November 2, 2010.
Background
Pursuant to Chapter 127 of the Texas Election Code, Establishment and Organization of Central Counting Station, request is made to approve the appointments as set forth in the proposed Order. Each person recommended for each position meets the eligibility requirements prescribed by the Texas Election Code.
