This submission supplements the original list of Judges and Alternate Judges approved by Commissioners Court on July 28, 2009 to serve in countywide elections for a term of two years beginning on August 1, 2009. Since that submission, people appointed to serve have had to cancel or be replaced for various reasons. For those proposed names, the appointment would be for one year and end on August 31, 2011. One vacancy remains. A response is pending from the person contacted to work as Alternate Judge in Pct. 305. Representatives appointed by the County Chairs for the Williamson County Republican and Democratic Parties have been working with the Elections Department Recruiting Coordinator to fill the vacant positions.
