Consider an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional expenditures for the portion of the DA On-Call Supplement and the Victims Witness Assistance Coordinator paid by the DA Drug Fund:

Background

These employee expenses are funded part from the DA Drug Fund and part from the General Fund. This amendment will realize additional expenses to the General Fund for the portion of the costs budgeted in the DA Drug Fund.
