Consider an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional revenue for the District Attorney On-Call Supplement and the partial funding of the Victims Witness Assistance Coordinator:
Background
These employee expenses are funded part from the DA Drug Fund and part from the General Fund. This amendment will realize the revenue from the DA Drug Fund to the General Fund to cover the expenses.
