Consider an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional expenditures for the County Attorney Legislative Supplement paid by the State of Texas.

Background

The State Legislative Supplement is paid annually. The total of $62,500.00 was received in September 2010 and added to the YE Fund Balance. This amendment will add the required budget dollars in order to pay out these funds in FY2011.
