Consider and take appropriate action on concurrence with Williamson County Conservation Foundation board on issuing determination letter and participation agreement on Highland Six Twenty Residential Ltd., aka Highland Horizon Phase II.
Background
The WCCF board took action on issuing a participation agreement at its October 13 meeting. A copy of the determination letter is attached. The WCCF board action followed an exchange of letters with the US Fish and Wildlife Service. A copy of their response letter dated October 12 is also attached. In the letter the Service recommended we proceed with issuing the referenced Participation Agreement.
