Discuss and take appropriate action on Amendment No.3 ("Amendment 3") to TechShare Resource Sharing Addendum for the Common Integrated Justice System (CIJS) Court Administration System
Background
Each year that we choose to be a part of the CUC TechShare program for any particular project we do so by approving an amendment to the original agreement. This amendment simply extends the date of our participation (to 9/30/2011) and states our anticipated payments for the year... which have already been included in our FY11 budget.
