Background
A filing cabinet was ordered in September 2008 and estimated shipment date was prior to 9/30/08. Actual arrival date was 10/3/08. Therefore 2008-2009 funds will be needed to pay for this item. The District Clerk's budget only has $600 in the furniture line item and not enough funds in subsequent line items to cover this expenditure.
