Consider approving Change Order No. 2 for CR 111/Westinghouse Road (Wilco Project No. 08WC608) in Precinct 1.
Background
This Change Order provides payment to the Contractor for extra work associated with the Real Estate Agreements for the Bourne properties. The property owner agreed to donate the ROW in exchange the installation of steel sleeve encasements for future utilities, the upgrade of existing driveways, and the addition of new driveways. Exchanging this work for the ROW resulted in an estimated cost savings to the County of $165K.
