Review and consider approving amendment to the Northridge Acres Water Project Six Party Agreement to include language required by CDBG.

Background

The amendment to the Northridge Acres Water Project will allow CDBG funds to be utilized for the project. The amendment includes language that is required of all contracts involving CDBG funds. The amendment has been reviewed by Dale Rye (County Attorney's office) and Jim Gilger (County Auditor's office). It requires the signature of all six parties included in the original agreement. The Texas Water Development Board is assisting the County in acquiring the needed signatures.

Attached is the original Six Party Agreement and a copy of the amendment.
