Discuss and take appropriate action to release the public utility easement on the south side of Lot 8 and the north side of Lot 10 in Hilltop Acres, Pct. 4.
Background
On November 27, 2007, Court approved the release of the 10' PUE on both the north and south side of Lot 9 and should have included the 10' PUE on the south side of Lot 8 and north side of Lot 10. This action is being taken to correct that omission.
