To discuss and approve LexisNexis Contract for use of Accurint for advance people searches for collections in the criminal courts division.

Background

We have used Accurint in the past but they have changed their procedure and prices so we have to pay $30 per month for access now. This helps us find people who are trying to avoid paying fines and fees.
