BE IT REMEMBERED that at 12:01 P.M. on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2007, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners’ Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. art. 6702-1, acting as ex-officio road commissioners of their respective precincts, the following being present, to-wit:

3. Discuss and take appropriate action on the Avery Ranch Road District including, but not limited to payment of bills.

Approve bills for the Northeast Williamson County Road District #1: 
Invoice from Williamson County Tax Office for expenses in association with collection of assessments in the amount of $1,092.20.
