22. Consider authorizing County Judge to execute an agreement with TxDOT regarding acquisition of right-of-way for widening of SH 195 from IH 35 to Reagan Boulevard.

Commissioner Birkman thanked everyone who came out to the opening at Champions Park, there were about 350 people who attended.

Commissioner Long stated that she appreciated how Commissioner Birkman promoted the Champions Park Grand Opening and helped make it a success.

Judge Gattis noted that Court will be held at the newly renovated historic Courthouse on the Square on November 13th.
