  Second By: County Judge Dan A. Gattis Motion:  To approve Animal Control Ordinance with the change "no animal may be euthanized except by the approval of two staff members; one of which is the Shelter Manager or Veterinary Technician and the other a Shelter employee".

  Parks Director Jim Rodgers addressed the Court.  The Director noted that the Grand Opening of Champion Park will be Saturday from 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. on October 20, 2007.

  Judge Gattis noted that Commissioners' Court will be held back in the historic Courthouse on November 13, 2007.

Commissioner Birkman reminded the Court that she is holding Open House today at her office at 5:00 P.M.

Commissioner Long reminded the Court again of the Grand Opening of Champion Park on Saturday at 10:00 A.M.

Judge Gattis noted that after this meeting is adjourned we will start the Road Bond Program Meeting at the URS Building in the training room at 1:30 P.M.
