Discuss and take appropriate action on reservation fees for pavilions at Champion Park.

Background

Picnic pavilion in our parks are first come first served basis. However many patrons wish to guarantee or to reserve a pavilion for this service a reservation fee is taken. Due to the design of the pavilions at Champion Park it is possible to have multiple reservations or a one large reservation. After researching/comparing other counties and municipalities the following fee schedule is proposed:

Champion Park
10am-3pm east or west pavilion- $35
4pm-10pm east or west pavilion- $35
Both time slots (10am-10pm) $60

Entire area (both east & west) all day $120

In addition the large pavilion at Berry Springs is similar in size to the Champion Pavilion and should be $35 per rental as well.
