Consider approving supplemental work authorization for Baer Engineering.

Background

The original termination date of the Agreement with Baer Engineering to perform engineering and enviromental consulting on the 25 acre Bradley Tract was December 31, 2006. The work was not completed on before December 31, 2006; however it was completely finished by January 31, 2007. This supplemental work authorization is to extend the date from Dec.31, 2006 to January 31, 2007. The amount has not changed.
