Consider approving change in Election Day polling location for the November 6, 2007 elections.

Background

We are requesting a change in polling location for Precinct 254 FROM Northview Community Church, 1204 Whitestone Blvd., Cedar Park, TO Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 700 W. Whitestone Blvd., Cedar Park.
The church's insurance agent said the company's lawyers are as yet unwilling to confirm that our letter from the County Attorney's office is satisfactory or gives them the assurances that they will be held harmless from liability in the event of an accident. The pastor has suggested we plan on using another location this time around. The Good Shephered Lutheran Church is a former Election Day poll site for this precinct.
