| Discuss and take appropriate action regarding approval of an interlocal agreement between the city of Round Rock and Williamson County regarding transportation and safety improvements to Wyoming Springs Road from the Brightwater/Creek Bend intersection south to RM 620 |
| Background |
| Background: The city of Round Rock is planning to extend Creek Bend Road across Brushy Creek to the intersection with Brightwater. The county has previously tentatively set aside $3 million to make necessary safety and transportation improvements to the intersection with Brightwater and on Wyoming Springs south to 620. After discussions with the city and Fern Bluff MUD, it was agreed that it would be in the best interest of all for the city to manage the entire project. This agreement is to allow the county to give the city the funds to make the necessary improvements. |
