Discuss and take action on purchase of radio equipment for various agencies within Williamson County to include execution of a lease agreement with Motorola for the purchase of such equipment.

Background
Attached is a list of agencies requesting financial assistance for the purchase of digital radio equipment for interoperability.  Arrangements are being made for each agency to reimburse Williamson County for the purchase of the equipment to include the 3.5% interest cost of the lease with Motorola.  Motorola agreement if approved, will need the review of the County Attorney's Office.  Contact Julie Kiley with questions.  Fiscal impact to be approved with a later budget amendment for one lease payment due in FY 2008 of approximately $95,000.  This payment will be offset by the entities reimbursing Williamson County.
