| Discuss and consider approving a Professional Services Agreement with Baker-Aicklen for engineering services for the Round Rock Annex. |
| Background |
In March of 2006 the Williamson County Auditor's Office went out for RFQ's (RFQ Number 06WCRFQ402) for Architectural Services for Round Rock Annex. 14 Qualifications were received on April 19, 2006 at 2:00 PM. A committee consisting of representatives from some of the departments that would office in the building as well as representatives from purchasing and maintenance interviewed 5 of the firms in June of 2006. After getting input from this group, Commissioner Birkman recommends hiring Baker-Aicklen. Baker-Aicklen was on the porject team with Moman Architects. This proposal is for the topographical surveys, platting, civil engineering design, and construction phase services relating to the construction of the new Round Rock Annex. Funds for these services will come from 2006 C.O.'s.
