| Discuss and consider approving contract with Moman Architects for the Round Rock Annex. |
| Background |
In March of 2006 the Williamson County Auditor's Office went out for RFQ's (RFQ Number 06WCRFQ402) for Architectural Services for Round Rock Annex. 14 Qualifications were received on April 19, 2006 at 2:00 PM. A committee consisting of representatives from some of the departments that would office in the building as well as representatives from purchasing and maintenance interviewed 5 of the firms in June of 2006. After getting input from this group, Commissioner Birkman recommends hiring Moman Architects. This proposal is for the second stage of the project and includes design services, space analysis, budget estimates and a conceptual master plan for the site. Funds for these services will come from 2006 C.O.'s.
